Victor AI is designed to assist businesses in collecting authentic Google reviews from their customers. The tool works as follows:

• A customer scans a QR code linked to your business profile.
• The customer rates their experience and provides optional input about their visit.
• Victor AI generates 3 personalised review options based on the customer's described experience.
• The customer selects or edits the review they prefer and posts it to Google.

The purpose of this tool is to help genuine customers articulate their real experiences — not to fabricate or manufacture fake reviews.

Account Information: Name, email address, business name, business address, and payment details collected at sign-up.

Business Profile Data: Your Google Business details (name, address, category) provided to configure the tool.

Customer Interaction Data: Anonymous experience ratings and inputs submitted by your customers through QR-triggered flows. We do not require customers to create accounts or provide personal information.

Usage & Analytics Data: Pages visited, features used, session duration, and device/browser information collected automatically to improve the service.

Communications: Emails or support messages you send us.

• To set up, operate, and maintain your Victor AI account and QR review flows.
• To generate AI-crafted review suggestions based on customer-submitted experience inputs.
• To provide customer support and respond to your enquiries.
• To process payments and manage subscriptions.

We do not sell, rent, or trade your personal data. We may share data with:
