Refund Policy

Infinity Media AI operates a strict no-refund policy. All payments made for subscriptions to Victor AI or any other Infinity Media AI service are final and non-refundable.

This applies regardless of:

• How recently the payment was made.
• Whether the service was used or not.
• Dissatisfaction with any specific feature or update.
• Cancellation before the end of a billing period.
• Changes to the platform's features or design.

We understand that committing to a subscription is a decision that deserves confidence. That's why we offer a 7-day free trial on all new accounts — no credit card required to start.

The free trial is your opportunity to:

• Fully explore Victor AI's review generation capabilities.
• Test the QR code workflow with real customers.
• Evaluate whether the tool meets your business needs.
• Ask our team any questions before committing.

We encourage all users to thoroughly test the service during the trial period. Subscription payments after trial expiry are considered informed decisions and are not eligible for refunds.

• You may cancel your subscription at any time from your account settings or by contacting us.
• Cancellation stops future billing but does not entitle you to a refund for the current or any prior billing period.
• Your access to Victor AI will remain active until the end of your current paid subscription period.
• Once the subscription expires, access to the tool will be suspended until renewed.

• The base service purchased at the time of subscription will remain fully functional for the entire duration of your active subscription — regardless of any platform changes.
• Future updates and new features released within the tool will be made available to active subscribers at our discretion.
• Additional or bonus features may be modified, paused, or discontinued at any time. Such changes do not constitute grounds for a refund.
• Infinity Media AI is committed to maintaining the core functionality you subscribed for throughout your paid period.

If your registered business address changes, we will update it in the tool configuration at no additional cost. This is a supported service included with your subscription.

To request an address update, contact us at hello@infinitymediaai.com with your new business details.

Business updates do not affect or extend your subscription period, and are not grounds for a refund.

Refunds will only be considered in the following exceptional circumstances, at our sole discretion:

• A duplicate payment was made due to a verified technical error on our platform.
• A charge was made after a confirmed cancellation was processed.

To raise an exception, contact us within 7 days of the charge at hello@infinitymediaai.com with full payment details and a description of the issue.

Initiating an unauthorised chargeback with your bank or payment provider without first contacting us is a violation of these Terms. We reserve the right to dispute any chargeback and may permanently terminate access to the account in question.
