Terms of Service

These Terms of Service ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("User", "you", or "your") and Infinity Media AI ("Company", "we", "us", or "our") governing your access to and use of infinitymediaai.com and our flagship product, Victor AI.

By registering, accessing, or using our services — including initiating a free trial — you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, you must immediately cease use of our services.

Victor AI is an AI-assisted Google review tool. It is designed to help businesses collect authentic reviews from genuine customers by:

• Presenting customers with a QR code linked to the business.
• Accepting the customer's experience input (ratings, notes, feedback).
• Generating 3 AI-crafted review options tailored to the customer's described experience.
• Allowing the customer to select, personalise, and publish a review to Google.

The tool is an assistant to help real customers express their genuine experiences in written form — it is not a fake review generator.

• New users are offered a 7-day free trial to evaluate the service.
• No commitment is required during the trial period.
• At the end of the trial, users may choose to subscribe to a paid plan to continue using the service.
• Unused trial periods cannot be extended, transferred, or redeemed for credit.

• Access to Victor AI beyond the free trial requires an active paid subscription.
• Subscriptions are billed on the cycle chosen at signup (monthly or annual, where applicable).
• You are responsible for providing accurate billing information and keeping it up to date.
• Failure to renew a subscription will result in suspension of access to the tool at the end of the billing period.
• The base purchased service will remain fully functional for the duration of your active subscription.

• We support business address changes. If your registered business address changes, you may contact us and we will update it within your tool configuration.
• Address changes do not entitle you to a new subscription period or trial.
• You are responsible for providing accurate and up-to-date business information at all times.

• Future feature updates, enhancements, or additions released within the tool are provided to active subscribers at our discretion.
• Updated or bonus features may be modified, paused, or discontinued at any time without prior notice.
• The core, base service that was available at the time of your subscription purchase will remain operational for the duration of your active subscription period.
• We reserve the right to improve, alter, or redesign any aspect of the platform as part of ongoing development.

You agree not to use the service to:

• Generate, post, or distribute fake, fabricated, or misleading reviews.
• Violate Google's Terms of Service, review policies, or any applicable laws.
• Reverse-engineer, copy, redistribute, or resell the platform or its outputs.
• Engage in spam, harassment, or any conduct that could harm Infinity Media AI or its users.
• Impersonate customers or businesses in review submissions.

Violation of these terms may result in immediate termination of your account without refund.

All content, branding, AI models, software, and interfaces associated with Infinity Media AI and Victor AI are the exclusive intellectual property of Infinity Media AI. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to use the service solely for your own business purposes during the subscription period.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Infinity Media AI shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages — including loss of revenue, business, reputation, or data — arising from your use or inability to use the service, even if advised of the possibility of such damages.

Our total liability to you for any claim shall not exceed the amount paid by you to Infinity Media AI in the 30 days preceding the claim.

You may cancel your subscription at any time. Access will remain active until the end of the current billing period. We reserve the right to terminate or suspend accounts that violate these Terms immediately and without refund.

We reserve the right to update these Terms at any time. Revised Terms will be posted on this page with an updated effective date. Continued use of the service constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which Infinity Media AI is registered. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in that jurisdiction.
